Our Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting, held at our Denizli Headquarters, was successfully conducted with the participation of our Board Members, General Manager Serdar Marangoz, our managers, and stakeholders.
The stakeholders who participated physically and digitally in the meeting once again demonstrated their interest and commitment to the company.
In his opening speech, our General Manager Serdar Marangoz emphasized that our company operates with inflation adjustment and expressed our vision of sustainable growth and increasing profitability. Details of the main agenda item, dividend distribution, were shared with all our stakeholders. The proposal to distribute a gross dividend of 0.5457560 TL per share and a net dividend of 0.4911804 TL per share was put to the vote. The proposal was approved by majority vote.
According to the decision made, it was resolved that dividend payments will begin on July 30, 2024, and all payments will be completed by August 1, 2024. This significant decision once again demonstrated our company's financial stability and our commitment to creating value for our stakeholders.
