Interest in green energy certificates, which prove and certify that the energy consumed is provided from renewable sources, is increasing. Aydem Renewable Energy, Turkey's largest company that generates energy only from renewable sources, has presented 3 million I-REC renewable energy certificates to its customers who have purchased electricity from its power plants in the last 3 years, showing that the electricity was generated from renewable energy sources.

By applying to banks' green funds, companies can more easily access loans with green energy as a prerequisite.
