Aydem Renewables has been awarded with the 'Bronze Stevie® ' award with the 'Purple Turbine Blades Project' at the 2023 Stevie International Business Awards® , one of the most prestigious awards of the business world in the global arena.
The Stevie International Business Awards® , which was held for the 20th time this year, found their owners. With the Purple Turbine Blades Project, our company has been awarded with Bronze Stevie® in the Achievement in Corporate Social Responsibility Category, in the organization which it has participated for the first time.
Expressing his gratification that the project they had started to implement 10 years ago with their responsible energy generation approach was deemed worthy of an award at the international business world awards, the General Manager of Aydem Renewables, Ömer Fatih Keha said: “As the pioneering company of our sector, we have carried out an important research in 2013 in which we have examined the reasons why birds crash into the wind turbines. With the 'Purple Turbine Blades Project' that we have initiated as the result of the R&D study, we have painted the blades of a total of 88 turbines purple in Uşak and Yalova. As the company with the world's only purple bladed wind turbines, we have been taking care for protecting biodiversity and producing energy for life for 10 years. I would like to thank all my colleagues who have contributed to us receiving this international award, which will motivate our efforts, our work for a better future."
